Welcome! My name is Rachel and I was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri. As a mom of two young children, I have experienced the joys and challenges of breastfeeding firsthand. I have worked with new moms and babies since 2017, first as a labor and delivery and postpartum nurse, and later as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I became an IBCLC in 2021 and have worked in a hospital setting and led a breastfeeding support group since 2022.

I started Thrive Together Lactation LLC to offer families personalized care in the comfort of their own homes. I’m especially passionate about addressing issues like nipple pain, low milk supply, infant gut health, and tandem feeding. I have completed additional IBCLC coursework in maternal and infant gut health and its impact on breastfeeding, as well as in oral function, and I’m constantly expanding my knowledge to better support my clients. Whether you are just beginning your breastfeeding journey or looking for support along the way, I am here to help you and your baby thrive together.
