Home Prenatal Consultation
Our in-home prenatal visits offer personalized support to help you prepare for your feeding journey. They are great for first time moms or moms who have struggled in the past with breastfeeding. During the visit, we’ll review your health history, discuss any prior breastfeeding experiences, and talk through your feeding goals. We’ll work together to create a customized feeding plan, provide breastfeeding education, and address any questions or concerns you may have. This visit is designed to empower you with the knowledge and support you need before your baby arrives.

Initial visit - 1.5-2 hours
Self-pay rate - $225
Return visit - 1-1.5 hours
Self-pay rate - $175

Flange Fitting Consult
At-home breastfeeding support provides personalized care for you and your baby in the comfort of your own home. During the visit, we may conduct an oral function assessment, feeding assessment, weighted feeding, and reflex evaluation, and guidance on oral exercises. We can also provide assistance with pumping, flange fitting, and feeding plan development, along with referrals to trusted providers as needed. A report will be sent to your care-provider and follow up chat/e-mail support for 2 weeks. Every visit is tailored to address your unique needs.
A proper pump flange fit is essential for a comfortable and effective pumping experience. If you’re experiencing pain while pumping, taking a long time to trigger a letdown, or not feeling fully emptied after pumping, your flange size could be the issue. Pumping isn’t a “one size fits all” process—it requires a personalized approach and some trial and error to find the right fit. This consultation is designed to help anyone who pumps optimize their comfort and efficiency. Please note: concerns about low milk supply would require an initial consultation (or a follow-up if applicable) to address fully. Let’s make pumping work better for you!
Service Area
Our service area includes all of St. Charles County and locations within 20 miles of O’Fallon, MO. Prices listed above are for locations within this radius. For locations outside of this radius, approval is required, and an additional $30 travel fee will apply to any approved visits. Please reach out to discuss options for areas beyond our service range.
Payment
We are proud to partner with The Lactation Network (TLN) and Wildflower Lactation to offer complimentary lactation visits for eligible families. Click above to see if your insurance works with either company to provide you with free lactation visits!
For families not covered through TLN, our self-pay rates will apply. Following your visit, you will receive a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. While we cannot guarantee full reimbursement, we encourage you to consult with your insurance provider for further details regarding your coverage.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment are subject to a $50 fee. Your credit card on file will be used to cover this.
